About Us

This is our Story

The idea for ASIGHT arose from a shared passion: to drive companies forward with a clear focus, practical experience and customized solutions.

We – Alexander Eyb and Florian Bartsch – met in 2013 as consultants in the same company. In 2015, we moved to pmX GmbH together to help build it up successfully from the very beginning.

While Florian developed into a Partner and Managing Director of pmX Consulting, Alexander took over responsibility for the US subsidiary pmX USA Inc. as Partner and Vice President. Our paths were characterized by international project experience, operational excellence and the constant aspiration to create real added value for our customers.

2024 was the right time for us to jointly found ASIGHT – a new platform for consulting, solutions and innovation with passion.

Florian’s motivation at ASIGHT is his passion for software solutions. He designs efficient internal workflows and automates recurring processes, drawing on his deep understanding of interfaces, system logic, and user-friendliness. His curiosity about new technologies drives him forward. Whether it’s low-code platforms or AI applications, Florian tests, integrates, and always thinks about solutions from the perspective of operational feasibility.

Alexander made a conscious decision to work more closely with projects again. Instead of delegating at the management level, he wants to provide direct support on site. He finds the most fulfillment in projects where a real closeness to the customer develops when solutions are developed together that have a visible impact. These are the moments when you experience how introduced methods and structures are accepted, improve processes, and provide noticeable relief in everyday life.

Project Management – Battery Plant in the USA

Leadership of complex large-scale projects includes ensuring that time, budget, and quality goals are consistently met. In a greenfield project for a new battery plant in the USA, the full PMO function was managed, international stakeholders coordinated, and success secured through clear structures and rigorous reporting.

Planning and Construction of Production Facilities

From initial layout sketches to operational production lines, manufacturing facilities were planned and delivered. Across multiple projects, responsibilities included plant layout design, supplier selection, and construction coordination – ensuring smooth, on-time production starts in the fast-growing BEV sector.

Strategy Development – Software Defined Vehicle (SDV)

Strategic initiatives to modernize complex software documentation formed the basis for standardized, transparent, and scalable processes in the SDV environment. Success has been demonstrated from process analysis through to developing a clear product roadmap for SDV software documentation.

Requirements Management & Agile Coaching

Structured requirements management, agile work models, and targeted team coaching bridged the gap between business and development. For major commercial vehicle manufacturers, this model was successfully integrated into existing SAFe frameworks, creating efficient, transparent, and adaptable collaboration in development.

Assembly Coordination & Acceptance

Taking on the complete coordination of complex production system assembly, our team ensures on-time acceptance. For various systems, including body shop and battery assembly, PLC programmers, mechanics, and electricians were coordinated, procurement negotiations supported, and even cables re-labelled overnight to secure approval the next morning.

Cycle Time Optimization

Analysis and optimization of production processes led to a significant increase in efficiency. At a battery rework station, cycle time was reduced by a factor of 2.06 through structured production management and targeted process adjustments – resulting in a technically stable system with lasting performance improvements.

Supply Chain Stabilization & Production Planning

Stability in the supply chain was achieved through targeted process monitoring and transparent data. At a Tier-1 injection-molded parts supplier, production planning processes were monitored and existing OEE measurements structured, giving the OEM a reliable basis to identify bottlenecks and secure delivery performance long term.

Failure Analysis & Performance Optimization

Systematic identification and elimination of efficiency loss causes were carried out at multiple production sites. A comprehensive root cause analysis using the Ishikawa method, paired with an interactive Power BI OEE dashboard, now enables continuous monitoring of plant efficiency and supports data-driven decisions in real time.
